1. Scope of Services
- Ryoko functions as an intermediary for visa application processing, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and other travel-related services, coordinating with embassies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Clients must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all information provided; Ryoko does not assume responsibility for verifying a client’s legal identity.
- Our services include document processing, consultancy, and logistical support but do not influence or guarantee visa approval, flight availability, or hotel reservations.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
- Clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal data strictly for the purpose of visa applications, flight and hotel bookings, and related travel arrangements.
- Information such as passport details, financial records, and supporting documents will be handled securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
- Data will be retained as required by the Digital Security Act, 2018 and other applicable regulations. Clients waive any claims related to data usage in accordance with the agreed consent policy.

3. Application and Booking Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all visa application forms, flight details, hotel bookings, and uploaded documents are complete and accurate.
- Ryoko is not liable for errors stemming from incorrect document uploads, inaccurate information, or service selection mistakes.
- Flight and hotel availability are subject to change based on third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
- All visa applications are subject to processing timelines dictated by the respective consulates, which may be subject to delays beyond our control.
4. Consultancy and Advisory Services
- Ryoko provides guidance on visa documentation and travel arrangements but does not guarantee visa approvals or confirm immigration policies of destination countries.
- Clients bear full responsibility for the completeness and correctness of submitted materials.
- Any additional fees arising from external approvals, extra document handling, or changes in travel arrangements will be communicated before service completion.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Service fees must be paid in full before initiation, as listed on our website.
- Payment methods include card, bank transfer, or digital payment gateways.
- Any additional charges imposed by payment processors are borne by the client.
- Fees may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- Refund eligibility depends on the status of service engagement.
6. Refund Structure
- Once a tracking ID is issued, services are deemed engaged and become non-refundable. So, check before you submit the file. If you don’t have all required documents save the file draft and submit it while your application is completed.
- Visa application fees, airline ticket fares, hotel booking fees, and third-party service charges are non-refundable, even if the client withdraws the request.
- Refund requests are assessed per The Travel Agency Act, 2013, Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, and other applicable Bangladeshi regulations.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
- Ryoko is not responsible for immigration authority decisions, visa denials, airline cancellations, hotel policy changes, or penalties due to client non-compliance with visa conditions or airline policies.
- Clients must ensure visa activation before expiry; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
- Ryoko is not accountable for errors by consulates, misplaced documents by third-party couriers, flight delays, hotel cancellations, or other delays outside our control.
- Clients must verify that issued visas, flight details, and hotel bookings match their personal details; discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Nondisclosure of factors such as past visa refusals, medical conditions, or criminal history may lead to delays or application rejection.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Any service-related complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of identifying an issue.
- Ryoko management will review and respond to complaints promptly in accordance with The Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
- Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Ryoko application forms, branding materials, and digital assets are proprietary and may not be altered, copied, or misused by any client or third party.

- Ryoko reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms
